Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:To Cancel or Reschedule, Contact us 48-24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Any appointment cancelled day of will be charged a cancellation fee. 2. Late fee policy:If client arrives 15 mins late, a late fee of $10 will be charged. 3. Deposit policy:A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposit will be used towards your service. Deposit must be no less than half of the service being provided. All deposits are non-refundable. 4. Payment policy:Enchanted Esthetics Accepts credit/debit, Zelle, and cash. Deposit will be used towards service, rest of payment is due day of appointment and before service. 5. Rescheduling policy:To reschedule, please contact us 48-24 hours in advance. Existing deposit will go towards your new appointment. Clients may reschedule up to 2 times. At 3rd time of rescheduling deposit will be lost, and a new deposit must be made to schedule new appointment. 6. No-show policy:If client does not show to appointment, does not cancel according to cancellation policy, or set a date to reschedule prior to date of appointment a no-show fee will be charged. 7. Travel fee policy:All travel fees must be paid 48-24 hours before appointment. Any tolls taken while traveling to venue/ place of service must be reimbursed by client. Any cost of parking needed for appointment must also be reimbursed by client. 8. Product usage policy:service provider will only use products from their own supplies/kit. Service provider will not use supplies/products provided by client for sanitary reasons. 9. Service Refusal Policy: Enchanted Esthetics has the right to deny/ stop service at any point in the service to anyone. Especially anyone who is exhibiting any disrespectful, distasteful, inappropriate, hateful, racist, and dangerous behavior. 10. Liability Wavier policy:All clients must sign Liability wavier before any service may be provided. 11. Allergic reaction disclaimer:While Enchanted Esthetics uses high-quality products, We are not responsible or liable for any allergic reactions or skin irritations that may occur. Clients are responsible for informing service provider of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to service and day of booking. 12. Enchanted Esthetics is released from any liability for adverse reactions resulting from makeup applications or esthetic treatments. Clients assume full responsibility for any allergic reaction, skin irritations, or other complications that may arise.
